The first flight
Five agents (requirements, architect, dev, review, bugfix) driven by a handful of skills: /plan, /implement, /progress, /fix, /review and /update-system.
Each ticket gets its own artifact folder with requirements, architecture, data entities, slices, progress and review. Work stops for a human yes after every phase.
What it taught me
- Agents do much better with written artifacts than with chat history.
- Approval gates don’t slow you down. They stop work from going wrong quietly.
- A harness needs a console. That lesson became Mothership.
